Key Responsibilities:

Operations Supervision

1)Receive and inspect all incoming Palm Kernel Shell (PKS) materials from suppliers to ensure they meet quality standards.

2)Perform quality checks, testing, and reporting for raw materials and in-process samples, including moisture content analysis for each PKS sample.

3)Accurately record and document all sampling and moisture testing results to ensure traceability and reliable data.

4)Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards at all times.

5)Follow and implement all QC and laboratory procedures related to testing methods and laboratory equipment.

6)Maintain proper handling, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and consistent results.

Requirements & Education Level:

  • Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Biotechnology, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of biomass or renewable energy is an advantage
